WORLD COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
Located on Cloud Springs Road, near I-75, is the new home of Preaching The Gospel and the Gospel Broadcasting Network.
We encourage visitors to tour the facility. It is anticipated that elders, deacons, teachers and groups such as senior citizens will visit.
Call us for more information.

To the end of maximizing efficiency and the effectiveness of our resources, the elders of the Highland Church of Christ have determined to merge the works under their oversight --- Gospel Broadcasting Network and Preaching the Gospel, with James Watkins.

As of January, the Preaching the Gospel staff and offices will reside in the GBN World Communications Center. GBN will integrate the program into Good News Today, seen daily, "coast to coast and border to border" via DirecTV and Dishnet satellites.

Preaching the Gospel
will be a featured part of Good News Today on Thursdays and Sundays. Preaching the Gospel will remain on the major networks and plans are to add the Good News program to increase the program to an hour.

The financial needs to produce the Preaching the Gospel program will remain the same and we trust our supporters will understand this very important fact.

The combined offices will be housed in the beautiful new facility near Ringgold and Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia. Within the 30,000+ square feet of space is a large television studio capable of holding an audience of 200+ people, with an associated master control room and several editing bays. Flanking the studio will be the executive offices on the west and Preaching the Gospel offices on the east.

Of special interest to the visitors will be the "Wall of Gospel Broadcasting History" which will feature an audio/video presentation commemorating a great work of the church that used, or uses the electronic media in preaching the gospel.

HARDEMAN TABERNACLE SERMONS - TODAY
Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN
JULY 1- 3, 2007
(A Nationwide Gospel Meeting)
It is difficult to put into words to describe the excitement of being at this “landmark event”. Only time will tell how much good was accomplished.

Just think! Not only was James Watkins involved, but other sound preachers of our time including: Tom Holland, Garland Elkins, Winford Claiborne, B.J. Clarke and Jim Dearman. These men accepted the task of preaching the original sermons that was preached by N.B. Hardeman almost one hundred years ago. Although we did not have the number in attendance ascribed to the original Hardeman audience, the viewers via the KU-Band satellite is unlimited. We have had reports of baptisms and restorations as a result of the effort.
The Ryman Auditorium is a 2,362-seat live performance venue located at 116 Fifth Avenue Nor in Nashville, Tennessee, and is best-known as the one-time home of the Grand Ole Opry. The auditorium was first opened as the Union Gospel Tabernacle in 1892. It was built by Thomas Ryman (1843–1904), a riverboat captain and Nashville businessman. After his death, the Tabernacle was renamed Ryman Auditorium in his honor.
